If you’d like to make an appointment with one our providers, you have a few options for scheduling.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office.

As a courtesy to all of our patients, call ahead to schedule appointments and arrive on time for your appointment so that we may keep waiting time to a minimum. All patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete necessary medical history forms.

Confirmation & cancellation

If unable to keep your scheduled appointment, call our office a minimum of three hours in advance. Your phone call is critical in helping us provide continuous care to all of our valued patients. If you fail to give us notice of your cancellation, the following policy is enforced:

  • We call or send letters to patients following the first missed appointment. Repeated missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice.
  • New patients who do not show for their appointment may be immediately dismissed from our practice.

Late Policy

At Novant Health Village Family Care, we strive to provide remarkable and timely care to each patient. To ensure our team can provide this level of care, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please note, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment, we may need to reschedule it to another day.



Monday to Thursday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
